MATLAB: How to take elements of one matrix as power of the elements of second

Hi If I have a matrix A=[2 3; 6 7], B=[4 5; 9 3]

C= [4^2 5 ^3 ;9^6 3^7]

that is [b(1,1)^a(1,1) b(1,2)^a(1,2); b(2,1)^a(2,1) b(2,2)^a(2,2)]

How can I do it in matlab

B.^A

M = A(i:i+91,j:j+91);
h = histc(M(:), 1:5);
p = h ./ (92*92) * 100;

B = sum(A,3);
