MATLAB: How to start again from the previous step

I want to do something like:

x = input('value of x:');
y = input('value of y:');
 if (x>=y)
    ...
 else
   fprintf('undesirable');
% Then I want to return to the beginning and ask for new x and y inputs. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

Because i1 and i2 are vectors, k is a vector, but t is not. You can't stuff a bunch of numbers into an array slot meant for a single number.
