I have the following system of partial differential equations for a reaction scheme:
And I have all initial and boundary value specifications. However, I'm just unsure how or what tools I could use to model this, this is a nonlinear, coupled system of PDE's in 1D, and none of the Matlab tools I've seen seem capable of being able to handle this. Could you point me in the correct direction as to how I can solve this?
