i like to know more about modeling and validation of dc side of pv array with varrying both temperature and irradiance. modeling is done under standard test condition(stc) and normal operating test conditions(noct). manufactures data sheet is used for the modeling.

Both the Simscape Electronics and Simscape Power Systems solar array blocks have the irradiance and temperature variability.

They both involve a diode model for the V-I form of coefficient-based fit for the temperature dependence of V and I. Take a look at how both blocks are parameterized and choose one that works best for you.
