MATLAB: How to set the language of matlab from mandarin to english

chineselanguageMATLAB

Hi there, turns out I found the way to correct it with the help of a very great customer service.
I clicked in the setting of chrome> advanced> language> click small down arrow, if you sees other languages other than English, click remove)
My computer had the default setting of using Mandarin on chrome because it is a Taiwanese brand. (Although I did change the locale, language setting of the computer & so on, turns out I missed to remove other languages on my chrome & it sorts of auto-translated some pages and words)
Thanks, I removed Mandarin and Malay language from chrome to avoid translating, it works now.

Hi, I would like to change the language of my matlab from Mandarin to English. I had set my locale region to US. and as well as anything I could do in my control panel.
Based on the Help instruction given by Matlab, I should have some option including changing language in General. But there is no option or anything appear.
Update : Methods I had tried: 1) adding environment variable method, changing locale region and restart over and over, searching for language switching option on general. All of these doesnt work.
and this is the help instruction I found :
General Preferences
{You can set preferences for the initial working folder, deleting files, and toolbox path caching.
On the Home tab, in the Environment section, click Preferences. Select MATLAB > General. Then, adjust preference options as described in this table.} (from: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_env/preferences.html#brjh09y-3?docviewer=null
but this does not work as well.
What can I do?
