MATLAB: How to save the camera parameters in a .mat or text file; for example exposure time and ISO value

I am acquiring a specific number of frames, with the code below, and I would like to have the information of video objects properties also written into .mat file or a text file. For example: exposure time and the ISO value . Is that possible?
