from database ,I got some .mha files .me planning to work on these images but it is 3D . unable to read in Matlab could you please me to sort out the problem
The file mha_read_volume.m must either be in the current directory or be in one of the directories displayed when you enterpath. Obviously, this file is in neither of these directories. So, either change your current directory or add the correct directory to your path withaddpath(directory).
