MATLAB: How to put 2 vectors when the inner product is available

(x,y) = 2x1y1-3x1y2-3x2y1+5x2y2-x2y3-x3y2+4x3y3

with u =(1; 1;2), v=(2;1;-1)

for me, i know that making a doc product with doc(u,v), however this problem have inner product availably.
