MATLAB: How to plot regression in neural network for multiple outputs

In my trained neural network, I have two outputs. There is only one graph generate automatically using the NNtool.

Can anyone help me on how to generate separate regression plots for the two outputs? Thanks.

Hi Wanrong,

It is recommended to use "nnstart" instead of "nntool".

When using "nnstart", the window allows you to choose the input and the target data. The data is then divided into training, validation and test.

With all the argument variables present in your workspace, call it in a script as:

[YPV,YPDV,YPR,YPDR,NPV,NPDV,NPR,NPDR] = turning_maneuver(L,B,T,C,U,S,t,time);

That should return all the outputs to your workspace.
