MATLAB: How to plot probability of occurrence of a negative sequence on log scale

I want to plot probability of occurrence of variable 'x'. On x axis i want to plot variable 'x' and on y axis i want to plot logarithmic probability (i.e in log scale). Please tell me how to accomplish this task
