MATLAB: How to open an email window by clicking on a button

I'd like to know if there's a way to open a std email window by clicking on a Push Button… I'd like to set it like an email-link…

See the documentation for web()
       web mailto:email_address
          uses your system browser to send mail.
(It doesn't work for me, but I am not working on Windows and I haven't configured email on the system I run MATLAB on.)
