MATLAB: How to modify the style template used to generate Word documents with cell mode publishing

I am publishing a MATLAB file to Word using "File > Publish To > Word Document" in the MATLAB Editor/Debugger. I would like to change the default font and other style properties of the generated document.

The ability to modify the style of a Word document or PowerPoint presentation generated using the cell mode publishing feature is not available in MATLAB.

You can change the fonts or other style features in the published document after you have generated it using cell mode publishing.
