how can I make a segmentation of remote sensing multispectral image taking into account all the bands.

Find the one that looks like it would find what you want to find, then code it up.

I don't know what you're after exactly but you might try imadjust(), or intlut(), or colormap(). One of those should probably do what you want.

Try this:

hsvImage = cat(3, intensityImage, polarizationImage, angleImage);
rgbImage = hsv2rgb(hsvImage);
