MATLAB: How to generalize this code

I'm working with WDS (Water Distribution System) at the moment I'm using a small one so I can write every matrix manually… but must exist something easyer! Example: P is matrix of pressure:
P1=[P1(:,2),P1(:,1),P1(:,3),P1(:,4),P1(:,5),P1(:,6)];
P2=[P2(:,2),P2(:,1),P2(:,3),P2(:,4),P2(:,5),P2(:,6)];
P3=[P3(:,2),P3(:,1),P3(:,3),P3(:,4),P3(:,5),P3(:,6)];
