hello, I have a mat file, which has two columns. file attached.

I want to find a correlation coefficient between these two columns.and p-value also. and also want Plot the Pearson's linear correlation coefficients between these two.

Like that, each value of "a" is correlated to each value of "b", but applying the formula of the correlation, the correlation of two single numbers is NaN. To compute the correlation correctly, traspose the input vectors

result  = corr(a', b');

I think you are looking for corrcoef instead of corr. To exclude the nan values, use

a = [78 88 87 54 68 91 72 nan 88 nan];
b = [nan 35 42 44 67 55 nan 34 25 33];
r = corrcoef(a,b, 'rows','complete')
