MATLAB: How to find a list of inputs, outputs, and states of a Simulink® model using Real-Time Workshop® Embedded Coder

When I create a model, I would like to find a listing of the inputs, outputs, and states of the model. This information could be used to perform tasks such as creating data dictionary and verifying the model interface to other components.
