After having detected SURF feature descriptors from both images, you should call thematchFeatures routine (which was available in R2012a) to find matching image features. The returned output is a Px2 matrix with every row corresponds to a feature match between features in the first image and the second.
You can use the cvexShowMatches helper function to visualize the feature matching. Look at the first example in the documentation for matchFeatures linked above to see the usage.
