MATLAB: How to extend each element in a cell string array to fixed size

I have a cell string array A={'123', '4567', 67894'}, I want to extend each element to a fixed size, like size of 8, and fill in '0' in front. Like: A={'00000123', '00004567', '00067894'}. Can I get help? Thanks!

if you have both string and numerics in cell array and you want to convert them all to char,

 cc = cell(size(c));
 for k=1:numel(c)
   if(isnumeric(c{k}))
       cc{k} = num2str(c{k});
   elseif (isstring(c{k}))
       cc{kk}= char(c{k});
   %and so on
   end
 end

Another idea is,

 cellfun(@(x) char(string(x)),c,'uni',0)

You might also need to use 'MaxIter', 1000

If you need more than 16 digits of precision (taking into account round-off error) then you will need to use a different solution method entirely, such as using the Symbolic Toolkit.
