MATLAB: How to download the “Powertrain Blockset Drive Cycle Data” support package

I want to open the driving cycle data in posted here

When I download the file "automotivedrivecycledata.mlpkginstall" from the website and try to open it, I get an error message. The error message is :
Error when using howconnectinstaller.SignpostReader
Unable to authenticate
