MATLAB: How to develop a neural network to predict amount rain in an area

I collected data of rain fall in previous 10 years in a particular area now I want to develop a neural network that will forecast amount of rain in (mm) for whole week, month or year.Can any one help me that how can I do that in MATLAB.
