MATLAB: How to create a matrix of size 256*8 (double type) having elements as 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1

suppose i have a vector of double type z= 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 i.e size of 1*8
i want to create a new matrix of double type having size 256*8 and all the rows should be as 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1.
