MATLAB: How to connect the nerves together

Hello every one

I have this segmented image with a lot of breaks between the detected nerves as shown in the attached image. How can I connect them together?

Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

The expected output image is like this:

newarray = cell(1, 5);
for col = 1:5
   newarray{col} = vertcat(yourcellarray{:, col});
end

MATLAB is interpreting:

d(3)

as indexing into the third element of ‘d’.

Run:

which d -all

from a script or your Command Window to see if MATLAB can locate the ‘d’ function in the search path (preferably on your user path).
