MATLAB: How to change the version of the Maple kernel that the Symbolic Math Toolbox uses if I have a different one installed on the machine

extendedlibrarySymbolic Math Toolboxupgrade

I am using the Symbolic Math Toolbox 3.1.2 (R14SP2) with MATLAB 7.0.4 (R14SP2). This toolbox uses the Maple kernel version 8.
However, I have purchased and installed Maple 10 on my machine. I would like to get the Symbolic Math Toolbox to use this kernel of Maple instead of the one it was shipped with.

The ability to change the Maple kernel version is not available in the Symbolic Math Toolbox (any release).
There are no workarounds.
Future releases of the Symbolic Math Toolbox may upgrade the Maple kernel version. In either case the toolbox will only function with the Maple kernel that it ships with.
