How do I assign or transfer products to my licenses?

If you are a License Administrator, you can transfer/assign products between licenses that are within the same Master License. 
Each Activation for the Individual Licenses will need to be "Current" in order to Remove or Assign Products to that particular License. For more information about Validation and how to update the Validation Status of a license please refer to the following article: Why am I unable to move products between licenses under the same master license?
  1. Log in to your MathWorks Account
  2. To view your Licenses, go to the License Center
  3. Click on the License Number
  4. Go to the 'Manage Products' tab
  5. Click the button for 'Remove/Assign Products'
  6. A table of Assignable Products will appear to the right
  7. Click on the green arrow icon to Assign a product
  8. Click on the red arrow icon to Remove a product
  9. Click the 'Save New Configuration' button
Notes:
  • The Remove/Assign Products feature is only available for Individual and Designated Computer options. For all other license options, or to transfer a Product to or from one Master License to another please contact Customer Support .
  • The Toolbox being assigned/moved must be up to date on the Software Maintenance Service in order for the move to occur.
