MATLAB: How to access Simscape Onramp in R2020b

I see that there is a Simscape Onramp available in the MATLAB Documentation. However, I am unable to access it on installed version of Simscape R2020b. Is there a way I can access the Simscape Onramp in version R2020b?

Simscape Onramp is only available starting in R2021a, as mentioned in the release notes:
