Deactivate on the old computer. Install and activate on the new computer.
You can do the install on the new computer first, but with a student license you will probably not be able to activate on the second computer before having deactivated on the first.
Note: there is a somewhat small limit on the number of times you can move the license per year.
As of R2020a, the silent installer does not have an option to install the License Manager silently. In order to install the License Manager on a machine that requires a silent installation, you may manually install the License Manager with the License Manager binaries.
