MATLAB: How do i eliminate such rows are not common between two tables

Question

Dear Experiences…

i have two tables in matlab : fist table involve only 2 columns are : (sample of data)

Country name   State name 
UK             LND
UK             BLG
UK             SEG
USA            WSN
USA            NEY
etc...

Second table … involve details content such following

State name    var1  var2   var3 ..... var N 
LND
BLG
NEY
etc..

so the output table .. perhaps involve the following

country name State name   var 1 ... varN  ( but only for the states that are exist in both first and second tables)
