MATLAB: How Crop Image Dicom

Dear all,

I have image dicom, then i want to crop some region, then i want to save the crop image to format dicom also. Can everyone tell me how?

You can use imcrop. Run a loop for each and then save...if you know the region of interest, you can specify it and save it in a loop.

imwrite(image,'jp2') Or imwrite(image,'jpx') to save image in jpeg 2000 format. Refer "fmt" part of input arguements section of documentation page : https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/imwrite.html

I don't know a lot about DICOM images, but a possibility is to use

 dicomread
 imresize
 dicomwrite

in that order.
