MATLAB: How can i write from txt files to any array

İ have any a txt files.

a001.txt

152 583 -129 -523 125 etc..

i want to use them in an array. i want to use each one like a quantitive number. as a result i want that k array is a.txt

k= 152 583 -129 -523 125

use textscan function

I assume the dots are meant as ellipses and not literally dots in the file. If so, you can use textscan pretty effectively here.

fid = fopen(filename);
d = textscan(fid,'%f',500);
d = d{1};
fclose(fid);

And if there are literally dots,

d = textscan(fid,'%f',500,'Whitespace',' .');

 C = textscan(fileName, '%s','Delimiter',';')
