MATLAB: How can i rotate a 3D-figure in matlab publish

so, I am doing this computer lab and we are gonna do it in matlab publish, the problem is tho that my 3D-figures are getting in an angle that i dont like, does anyone know if i can change that angle? And how?

You can use the view() command to rotate the view in the wanted direction.

The first time you call mesh, store the output in a variable

H = mesh(z);

After that, do not call mesh again: instead

   set(H, 'zdata', z)

When you have new data to plot.

Remember to call drawnow() after the mesh() and set() calls
