MATLAB: How can i fill the surface of bar plot

Can anybody help me with plotting bar figure like Fig.1 ? I can plot bar plot like Fig.2 but this bar plot wouldn’t be easily compared in black and white print, I want to fill the bar plot with different styles as Fig. 1 which would be compared easily in black and white print. Can anybody help me to fill the figure in various styles like Fig. 1.
