There is aManual Switch block that might work; it can be controlled from the command line. Perhaps you could have an event listener that waited for the user to push a 'reset' button on a GUI, like inthis example.
Breaker Block takes a Simulink Signal as input but the signal in the circuit is a Physical Signal. So, it must be converted to a Simulink signal before feeding to Breaker.
Physical signal can be converted to a Simulink signal using PS-Simulink Converterblock.
