MATLAB: Fpga zynq 7000 with matlab

Question

i have FPGA zynq 7020 i want to run mat lab function named(swalign) smith waterman algorithm by change matlab file to VHDL file but your coder didnot support all function inside the swalign , ihave another c program i did not how to transfer it to vhdl by coder, what is the support for this kit
