MATLAB: FIND MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ESTIMATES

MATLAB Community,

I have a set of more than 3 lakh data sets for which i need to find the Weibull parameters like k and c using max likelihood estimation and plot a graph

Please help me to go ahead.
