MATLAB: Easily Variable Name Changing in Editor

Question

Is there a way to change my variables name easily? For example I wrote used a variable's name many times in my code, and I want to change that variable's name. Do I have to change all that variable's names or is there a way to change it easily?

for illiustration:

flag=randint(bla bla bla) . . . . flag=bla bla bla . . .bla bla= 3*pi^flag . . . end

I want to change the variable name flag into bird for example..

Find and Replace Text in Files

From 2011b you can use the shift+enter feature, otherwise stick with find and replace.
