MATLAB: Draw two plot in a graph

Hi. i have two columns with too much raws as each column (about 1.300.000 raws) and i want the plot look like as below, it included two different type of plots in one graph. can you help me how to do that?

The plot looks like a regression plot read about plotregression. If you have two data points and want to plot them read about plot and holdon.

Read the file usinf xlsread.
Plot the data using plot.
Show the test using text.
