MATLAB: Does the verison R12b of Matlab/simulink exist

previous matlab simulink version r12bsimulink

Hello, I need to develop a model with Matlab/Simulink R12b (version specified in a entry document from a customer command). However, from Simulink R2012b i can only convert to previous version until Simulink 6.0/R14 and not earlier. Fortunately , it is possible to download and install previous release such R11.1,R12.1 or R13SP1 , but no R12b seems to be avaiable. Can you confirm to me if the version R12b exists or not. Thank you.

The release number R12b could realistically refer to either of two different releases. Do you mean release R2012b which was released about three years ago, or do you mean release R12 which at this point is around fifteen years old? [Wikipedia states it was released in November 2000, and that sounds about right; I joined MathWorks about 6 months after that, and we had just released release R12.1 when I joined.]
If you mean release R12, do you have a Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4, or Windows 2000 machine running on a Pentium, Pentium Pro, Pentium 2, Pentium 3, Pentium 4, or AMD Athlon processor? Because that's the supported configuration for running that release on Windows. UNIX/Linux system requirements for that release are similarly old: Solaris, HP-UX, IRIX, AIX, Alpha (none of which we support any longer) or Linux running a 2.2 or 2.4 kernel. We still support Linux, but not with that old a kernel; current system requirements indicate distributions running a 2.6 or greater kernel should work. For reference, the latest kernel release available is 4.3.
