MATLAB: Does the S-Function Builder add a space to lines of the C-code when I close and reopen the block in Simulink 5.1 (R13SP1)

Why does the S-Function Builder add a space to lines of my C-code when I close and reopen the block in Simulink 5.1 (R13SP1)?
When I build my S-Function then close the S-Function Builder and reopen it, there is an extra space in front of every line but the first one in my C-code in the S-Function builder. This did not occur in previous versions.
