MATLAB: Does the edit lookup table dialog button not work

I was trying to edit a lookup table by using the "Edit table and breakpoints" on my (n-D) Lookup Table Block. It worked in the beginning. I may have changed something in the configure menu option of the lookup table editor, but I don't know what I did. Now the button does not pop up the edit window anymore. The edit window flashes on the screen for a second then disappears.

The reason this is happening is that the configuration of the lookup table editor does not have the (n-D) lookup table block in the list after the modification.
In order to fix this issue, from the model menu go to "Edit" > "Lookup Table Editor". Then, click File > Configure and make sure "Use Simulink default lookup table blocks list" is checked. Then click "OK" and the issue should be resolved.
