MATLAB: Does Simulink crash when using the Model Explorer, in Simulink 8.1 (R2013a)

I am working with a model in Simulink, and I am using the Model Explorer to browse the model hierarchy, add/modify variables, and so on.

When I use the Model Explorer in the manner described above, it randomly causes Simulink to crash.

There is a known issue when password management software such as Roboform interact with Simulink .

If you are using Roboform, please add MATLAB.exe to the list of programs that Roboform ignores. To do so, please open Roboform, and go to Options -> Application Integration.

This bug has been fixed in Release 2006b (R2006b). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

We have verified that there is a change in the behavior in Simulink 6.2 (R14SP2) in the way that the above warning is produced when using MODEL command.

To workaround the issue, you can safely ignore the warning or edit the line containing the MODEL command to include the command's last ('flag') argument as shown below:
