MATLAB: Do I receive the message ‘ model.exe will check out a Simulink license when run’ with RSim executable for a fixed-step model in Real-Time Workshop 6.3 (R14SP3)

The documentation for RSim states the following:
RSim executables built for a fixed-step model using the Real-Time Workshop fixed-step solvers do not require any license when they run.
However when I build my fixed-step model named mymodel.mdl as an RSim executable, I receive the following message:
Note: mymodel.exe will check out a Simulink license when run

This bug has been fixed in Release 2007a (R2007a). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
There is a bug in Real-Time Workshop 6.3 (R14SP3) when building a fixed-step model with RSim as the target.
To work around this issue, you can safely ignore the following message:
Note: mymodel.exe will check out a Simulink license when run
The executable for a fixed-step solver built with the RSim target does not check for a license upon execution.
