This error indicates that the start or expiration date in the license file is invalid. This can happen if the expiration dates in the license file have been changed. You can also get this error if you are missing the space between the #users and the 20 digit encryption code in the license file. Please compare the INCREMENT lines of your license file with the INCREMENT lines of the license file that the MathWorks originally supplied to you. They must be exactly the same.
