MATLAB: Do I have to be Administrator to activate MATLAB on Windows Vista

MATLAB

When trying to run the activation on Windows Vista, I get an error that I must be an Administrator to activate MATLAB. Can MATLAB be activated as a non-Administrator?

If you have a Designated Computer (DC) license, or a license that contacts a network license manager, MATLAB needs to place the license file in the MATLAB folder within Program Files. In order to write to that location, you will need Administrator access on Windows Vista. There is no workaround to activate one of these license types on Vista without Administrator access.
