MATLAB: “Dimension argument is not supported when two input arrays are provided” error in stateflow

Hello.

I found some error while I running the stateflow.

what I want to do is explained below.

get the voltage information from each batteries (3 batteries in simulink)
if average value of 3 batteries voltage is bigger than minimum value of 3 batteries voltage,
transit to the other state.

But it give some error like this.

I tried this way also.

then I got this error.

I was wondering if you help me about these errors.

Dimension argument is not supported when two input arrays are provided
Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for input 'v1'.

Oh my mistake was "min syntax"

After I change from min(v1,v2,v3) to min([v1 v2 v3]), problem solved.

Wrong code! you already have V1 and V2 not the other variables.

v1x=V1(1);v1y=V1(2);v1z=V1(3)

or just forget about those new variables and use only the V1 and V2

MATLAB: Plotting Issues with function provided

Every iteration, you are overwriting all of z.

Also, with a for loop, each iteration, the loop control variable t will be assigned exactly one column (so, in context, a scalar). At the end of the loop, the loop control variable will be left as the last value it was assigned -- so in context, the scalar 20.

You are therefor asking asking to plot with a scalar t value and a scalar z value, which would only produce a dot at most (and usually not even that if you have not defined a marker type)

You should vectorize your computation.

The result will still look like a line. If you want something more like a parabola, you should plot between roughly t = -50 to +50 . The peak is at roughly -30
