MATLAB: Didn’t I receive an email when the MathWorks account was linked to a license
My user did not receive an email when I added them to a license. Why didn't I receive an email when my MathWorks account was linked to a license?

Notification emails are only sent when a user creates an account for the first time. Notification emails are not sent out when a user is added to a license.
However, if an email address which is not a MathWorks account is added to a license, then an email is sent to that address with a prompt to create a MathWorks account.
To access your MathWorks Account, you must verify the email address associated to your account. If you are continuously being prompted to verify your email address, and have not received an email from MathWorks, pleasecontact Customer Support for assistance verifying your MathWorks Account email address.
