MATLAB: Developing Blocksets for Embedded devices

Hi to all… I would like to know how matlab can be used to develop simulink blocksets for embedded microcontrollers like this

I want to try developing a blockset like this for fun and learning…. and for future projects…. didnt find any helpful resource.
