MATLAB: Customizable Hot airblower Model

I'm trying to design a customisable airheater model. In doing so I've broken up the model into subsystems i.e the heater, fan,pipe.

For the heater I was wondering if some assistance can be lent on how exactly to model a heater in simscape where air from the enviromnemt passes through the heater in which the air is heated, then is blown by the fan through the pipe. I'm considering using the convection and conduction block in simscape to develop the heater.

App Designer errors if the axes is produced through the App Designer GUI. However, if the axes is produced programatically, App Designer finds the axes correctly. To produce the axes programatically, for example:

app.FullImageUIAxes = axes(app.UIFigure, 'Units', 'Pixels', 'Position',[166,84,750,744], 'XTick', [], 'YTick', []);

Then you can use drawrectangle:

You have to add listeners programatically since you cannot add them through App Designer in this case:
