MATLAB: Creating a plot for given functions

Hi,
 I want tocreate a plot 
      with a=1:10,
           b=1:10
           c=1:10   as my 3-axis
and i want to plot x,y,z where 
            x=a+b+c;
            y=a+2b+c;
            z=a+b+c;
help getting this plot.
