MATLAB: “createInputDataset” command is not supported in MATLAB 2016b

I wanted to use "createInputDataset" command, but I got a message "Undefined function or variable 'createInputDataset'." This command is not supported in MATLAB 2016b? If it is not, is there any substitute command?

Scroll to the very bottom of that help page. It says in bold letters:
Introduced in R2017a
"is there any substitute command?"
  • write it yourself
  • get it from someone who has already written it
  • pay someone to write it for you
  • update your MATLAB version
