MATLAB: Controller on off in simulink

control polymerization cstrpidsteady statetime

Hi all,

My project is to control a polymerization process in CSTR using simulink. I try to control using PID controller, but i need to control it after a certain time, i mean after the process is at his steady state.

How can i on the controller at a certain time?

Then simulate your system using tune (in PID block) to find the desired values of kp ki and kd

you will find approximately

kp=83 
ki=19
kd=32
